  • Product Substitution. BulkChlorine.com retains the right to substitute products for like-kind, equal alternates when product-specific named brands are out of stock and/or unavailable. (Example: 12.5% Champion Liquid Chlorine case out of stock, equal product Vertex CSS-12 12.5% Liquid Chlorine will be shipped instead.)
  • Privacy Policy. BULKCHLORINE.com respects the privacy of our website User(s). Personal data including, but not limited to; your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, etc. will be used to support your use of our eCommerce website, located at bulkpoolchemicals.com. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however, your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of our website. Your continued use of the bulkpoolchemicals.com constitutes an agreement to this privacy policy.
  • Financial information will be collected when you order products or services through our e-commerce website. Financial payment information is retained separately and securely by our independent payment processor.
  • Cookies. Our website may utilize cookies or tracking pixels in order to provide a customized shopping experience to you, the end user and to improve the website experience.  Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default.   • Product Returns. Items shipped via parcel ground are not eligible for return due to shipping and D.O.T. regulations. Items delivered but damaged while in transit are eligible for replacement. The customer must notify BulkChlorine.com of damaged goods within ten (10) days of receipt of said items. Items shipped via LTL Common Carrier are eligible for return; however, a 35% restocking fee based on the total product value will apply. The customer will be responsible for all return freight charges. Freight is quoted live at the time of booking and must be prepaid prior to pick-up.
